  • Will I receive a confirmation after booking?
    Yes, absolutely! Immediately after your booking is confirmed and payment is processed, you will receive an email confirmation to the address provided during booking. This email will include all the essential details of your reservation, such as travel date and time. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
  • Are transfers included in the price?
    Whether transfers are included (e.g., hotel pick-up and drop-off) varies by excursion. This information is always clearly specified on the individual tour's product page under "What's Included" or "Meeting Point." If transfers are not included, detailed instructions on how to reach the meeting point will be provided.
  • What if the weather is bad on the day of my tour?
    In cases of extreme or unsafe weather conditions, the local operator may need to reschedule or cancel a tour. If this happens, you will be notified as soon as possible, and we will work with you to offer alternatives (rescheduling, different tour, or a full refund). Light rain or typical weather fluctuations usually do not lead to cancellations.
